- What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving the package for store credit. After the 10 days, Indigo Bleu cannot refund your item. All sales are final on sale items, jewelry and accessories. Return items must be unworn, not damaged, unwashed and with original tags. Items must be free of deodorant, perfume and pet hair. The items returned must be in original condition and accompanied by the return form (located below). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable meet this criteria. If a refund is issued you’ll be sent store credit via email.

Yes, if you are returning an item in-store, you may choose to have your store credit for in-store OR online.

Yes, as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned item.
- How do I receive a store credit for online orders?
A store credit code will be sent to you via email.
- What if my item is damaged?
If you find a problem with your item, contact Indigo Bleu immediately via phone (717-650-2425) or email us by filling out the form on the contact page.
- Can I return an item older than 10 days?
After 10 days of having the item, Indigo Bleu cannot refund or exchange the item.
